This notice explains what information this website collects, why, and what we do with it. We collect as little as we can.
Who we are
ONE TEN Education Group provides personal college planning for students and families. "We" in this notice means ONE TEN Education Group.
What you share with us
When you send a consultation request, we receive your name, your email address, whether you are a student, parent or guardian, or someone else, the student's current grade, and any note you choose to add. Please don't include transcripts, essays, test scores, health information, or financial details in the form.
How we use it
We use your details only to reply to your request, arrange a conversation, and prepare for it. We do not sell your information, share it for advertising, or add you to a mailing list unless you ask us to.
Who helps us run the site
- Cloudflare hosts the website and protects the request form from automated abuse.
- Resend delivers the email notification we receive and the confirmation we send you.
These providers process information on our behalf and only as needed to provide their service.
How long we keep it
We keep your request for as long as we need it to respond and to follow up on our conversation. A backup copy of each request is deleted automatically after 30 days. If you become a client, your engagement agreement explains how we handle student records from then on.
Analytics and cookies
This site sets no cookies for tracking or advertising.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the information you sent us. Email [email protected], and we'll respond promptly.
Students
This website is intended for high school students, their families, and the professionals who work with them. It is not directed to children under 13.
Changes
If we change how we handle information, we'll update this notice and the date below.
